Hand-over inspections
We provide comprehensive evaluation and inspection of the product from the innitial stage of production to finishing according to the requirements and ITP of the customer.
Mostly it is the control of accompanying documentation, evaluation of production capacity and machining possibilities of the manufacturer.
Destructive test: mechanical properties (hardness, impact, bending etc.).
Non-destructive tests: ultrasonic, visual, dye penetramt, magnetic, radiographic.
Inspection of final surface: magnetic (or dye penetrant) test, surface rougness measurement, overall product condition, coating inspection, completness.
Dimension control: inspection of dimension according to customer’s drawings.
Inspection of accompanying documentation, protocols and release of inspection report for the customer.
